The 2015 Leading Women Entrepreneurs Advisory Board is composed of former Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, financial experts and the heads of organizations who’s mission it is to advance women. Sangeeta Rao

Assistant Dean for Mentoring Programs, Rutgers Business School
Sangeeta Rao is Assistant Dean for Mentoring Programs at Rutgers Business School – Newark and New Brunswick. In her current position, Rao has help expand Women BUILD (Business Undergraduates in Leadership Development) and introduced new programs, including Helpful- Executives-in Reach (HEIR) and Team Up, which pairs hundreds of students each year with working professionals in mentoring relationships. She recently traveled to Vietnam to conduct a training program on mentoring for women officials as part of a United Nations Development Program initiative. She has taught at Pace University and UMass, Amherst, and held administrative positions at Pace University and Mount Holyoke College. She earned a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Micheline Nader is a healthcare entrepreneur with extensive expertise in hospital administration, long term care and healthcare management. Mrs. Nader was the founder and CEO of Blue Dolphin Real Estate LLC and Blue Dolphin LTC, LLC that specialized in acquiring and managing nursing homes. The chain grew to five facilities and 360 beds until it was successfully sold to Adcare Healthcare Systems (ADK) in 2011. Mrs. Nader also founded Blue Dolphin Health Management Inc., a consulting firm specialized in managing long-term care facilities. In addition, Mrs. Nader founded Blue Dolphin Forum, LLC, a consulting firm specialized in designing value-creation pathways for organizations at different stages of their corporate life-cycle.

Angela Moskow

Vice President, Sanofi U.S.
Angela Moskow is currently a Vice President at Sanofi U.S., leading a team focused on Chronic Disease Prevention & Wellness. She is charged with developing and implementing strategic direction for external prevention and wellness partnerships, initiatives and investments. She is responsible for building alliances with health organizations representing patients, providers, payers, governments and other constituencies that are working to improve health policy, with a view to positive patient outcomes. Angela joined Sanofi in 1990, and has held various position within marketing and sales, including serving as Vice President of Insulin and Metabolism Marketing in the U.S. Angela holds a degree in Marketing from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.

In 1998, Vonda McPherson opened her very first restaurant ventures in Elizabeth, a bustling downtown business district. BBQ, a neighborhood haven for a community in desperate need of quality food provided with an uncompromising dignified customer service philosophy. A seasoned Sales Executive for a decade, Vonda McPherson has always had a knack for business, coupled with a flair for aesthetic style and the unforgettable orchestration of event coordination. Her chosen medium to express her creative muse has been the culinary arts and private and corporate event planning. Working for Fortune 500 corporations to the likes of Johnson & Ethicon Division as well as ACS Guidant as a top medical supplies sales executive for years, Vonda McPherson discovered first-hand the successful nuances of professional catering in the high pressured environment of corporate America. During a career transitional period while working as a Sales Executive with digital communications giants Prime Media, Vonda experienced an epiphany of sorts and a restaurateur was born.

Cheryl McCants is a bilingual, award-winning, communication and marketing professional with more than 25 years of integrated strategic development and global crisis communication experience. Throughout her career as both strategist and spokesperson, she has worked in the educational, real estate development, retail, footwear, telecommunications, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, construction, nonprofit and media industries. Cheryl spent several years with telecommunications giant AT&T, where she also served as a bilingual marketing and communication strategist. Later she joined Nike, Inc. in Beaverton, or, where she served as Global Corporate Responsibility Manager and Director of Communications for the Jordan Brand. In these roles, Cheryl developed and implemented international media and brand management strategies, as well as campaigns designed to promote Nike’s corporate responsibility programs in the U.S. and abroad.

Anne Marie Almasi started working for John Almasi Trucking Co. at the age of twenty. She helped the company grow from a material hauling company into a full service underground utility contractor. As President and CFO of Almasi Companies, a women's business enterprise, she has achieved great success in generating opportunity for the firm. Marilyn Grabowski

As early as 2008, New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO) recognized Marilyn as a Top 30 Women in Business. At that time she only had 12 employees, today she has over 80 and continues to work tirelessly to win contracts in the utility construction marketplace. Marilyn has founded three utility contracting companies in less than 13 years and brings incredible vitality to what is a traditionally male dominated industry. All three companies are certified by the Women Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). The first company, a paving business called Atlantic Infrared was founded in 2002, and works to restore potholes for major utilities. Atlantic Infrastructure was established in 2009 to install and maintain underground utilities and Atlantic Infratrac was founded in 2011 to provide services to support Call before You Dig (811). Infratrac places flags and paint marks for the largest utility in NJ. Marilyn is a Past President of the Board of Public Utilities Supplier Diversity Development Council (SDDC) and received the SDDC Outstanding Service Award in 2012 and 2009. In October 2014 Marilyn was recognized as one of NJ Monthly’s Top 25 Leading Women Entrepreneurs. Starting 2015 with great strides, Marilyn received both the NJBIZ Best 50 Women in Business and Enterprising Women of the Year Award. Marilyn is a proud stakeholder of the New Jersey Common Ground Alliance where she was recently announced as a Board Member. She is a Platinum member of the Women President’s Organization (WPO). She is also on the Operations Committee of the New Jersey Utilities Association (NJUA), and is a dedicated participant on the Construction Industry Advancement Program Committee for the Utility Transportation Contractors Association (UTCA), NJ Asphalt Association (NJAPA), Alliance for Action, and the Pt. Upon leaving Deutsche Bank in 2010, Michelle founded WeEmpower Partnership LLC and Making A Difference through Entrepreneurship LLC to leverage business, community, and academia resources. The award Michele holds dear is The George Washington University Ralph Stone Servant Leadership Award. Dr. Scott earned an Ed.D. in Human Resource Development at The George Washington University; she earned a Certification in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University; M.S. Management, New Jersey Institute of Technology; and a B.S. Business Administration, Delaware State University. She is a Leadership New Jersey Fellow. Michelle is an avid stationary cyclist; she enjoys B/W classic movies, watching football and tennis.
